I can not say thank you enough to Dr. Greene and the staff at Lakeshore for giving me the greatest gift of all, another chance. I had my tubes tied when I was barely 21 when I was married to my first husband. Things were pretty rocky, and I was young with two children in the scenario already, so I did what I thought needed to be done at the time. Years later at the age of 30, I found myself divorced and meeting the man I was MEANT to spend the rest of my life with. He had a son and I had my two wonderful children so we both already felt very blessed, but something was still missing for me. We talked and talked and finally decided to give Lakeshore a try. I went in with hopes not too high, but boy was I wrong! My reversal was on Labor Day weekend of 2008 and I was pregnant by the end of October 2008!! Words can not describe how shocked my husband and I were that it happened so quickly! Our baby girl was born June 18, 2009 and is a happy, bouncing one year old getting into everything! She is very loved by her mommy and daddy and we can no imagine life without her, and her older teenage siblings say the same! Are we done now? Maybe, but maybe not! Who knows what surprises life has ahead for us. What I do know is that we are loving the ride!

Our Policy on Testimonials
We do not ever release patient′s names. We feel you should have control over your medical decisions and information. We want you to know that we will never ask that of you. The tubal ligation reversal testimonials on our website are the words of the patients themselves we don′t change them except when they name their husband or something else that would give away their identity. In 32 years of surgery I have had a lot of patients that were kind enough to write a note of thanks and I never have had any message that was more than several sentences. People just don′t write long involved notes like I see on some websites.
