Lakeshore Tubal Reversal Center is a fully accredited outpatient surgery center. The procedure takes about an hour and a half and you will stay the night in the hotel (which is included in your surgical fee). We have worked hard to reduce the surgical fee and currently offer 3 tubal procedures at our facility:

- Essure Removal & Reversal Procedure
All-Inclusive Reversal Surgical Fees*
*A small percentage of patients will have certain conditions (scar tissue, as an example) that require us to use a different fee schedule. This extra expense will be explained in detail during the consultation phone call before they decide to use to our facility.
The Surgical Fee for both our Tubal Reversal and Essure Removal or Reversal procedures include the following:
- Doctor’s Fee
- Anesthesia Fee
- Operating Room Fee
- Pre-Operative and Post Operative Medications
- Pre-Operative Lab Work
- Multi-Layer Closure of Your Tubes
- Dye Testing of Your Tubes (To Make Sure They Are Open)
- Hotel Stay
- Post Operative Care and Follow Up
The standard Tubal Reversal surgical fee for Dr. Greene and Dr. Turner is $7,500.00. This surgical fee is due 2 weeks prior to surgery.
The Essure Removal surgical fee is $7,500 and the Essure Reversal surgical fee is $8,500. Even though our facility specializes in Tubal and Essure Reversals, we have had such an influx of patients who are just wanting to have the Essure coils removed, that we now offer this procedure to patients who do not want to conceive again.
