My husband and I were recently married in March 2011. We had discussed having a child for two years prior because he didn’t have any children and I always wanted one more. I was 37 years old and he was 40. My tubes had been tied for 11 years prior so we were very nervous but very passionate about starting a family together. I researched so many places and came across Lakeshore Surgical Center in Georgia.

After talking to them I was very confident that making our dreams come true were possible. So two weeks after we were married we left Benton, Arkansas and headed east. Dr. Greene and his staff were very professional and up front about everything. My chances were not all that great but at least we had a chance. Surgery went great and headed back home the next day. 6 months later I was pregnant!! But then I miscarried and that was so hard for us but we knew it was a possibility. So we tried again and 6 months later I was pregnant again…and once more I miscarried at 6 weeks in.

So I decided that I was not going to try so hard and relax because stress is horrible on you especially when trying to conceive. Guess what!!! 3 months later I was pregnant and it was perfect! The crazy thing is her due date was on the exact day I had my reversal two years later.  I went 41 weeks with a perfect pregnancy and on April 1st, 2013 she was born! She is our miracle, our blessing and so beautiful!! Did I mention perfect! Thank you Lakeshore Surgical Center for helping us achieve bringing this Angel into the world. She is now almost 4 months old and absolutely worth the journey good and bad that we went through to get her here. Ya’ll are the best!!!!!
